Founded by Arch. Arlou S. Carampatana

At the core of ARChaiel Architectural Services is a vision built on 16 years of professional design excellence and public service leadership. Founded in May 2025, our practice is guided by a Principal Architect whose career includes 12 years directing major infrastructure and civic programs for the DPWH across the 6th District of Negros Occidental (CHICHKS).

Our vision bridges rigorous public-sector master planning with innovative spatial design. Having successfully delivered complex municipal buildings, healthcare facilities, and urban esplanades, our leadership focuses on creating spaces that balance regional tropical durability, environmental compliance, and community impact.
